QUALITY CONTROL
Metalink operates its own analysis and testing laboratory, supported by a comprehensive quality control system that spans incoming inspection, in-process testing, and final testing.
The laboratory is staffed by highly skilled professionals and equipped with cutting-edge sample processing and testing instruments, including ICP-OES, LECO O/N/H analyzers, and LECO C/S analyzers. It offers a full spectrum of analytical capabilities, ranging from classical chemical analysis to advanced spectral analysis, with the ability to detect principal components, trace elements, and gas elements such as CS and ONH.
Every step of the inspection process is executed in accordance with strict operating procedures, and robust quality control measures are implemented for each batch of samples to ensure the objectivity, accuracy, and reliability of the test results.
